The machine is made up of some heat pipes,can tranform the heat collected from the flue gas into three state.

  The character of heat pipe heat exchanger:structure simple, high-efficiency heat exchange; small pressure loss; safe and reliable; flexible mix tempreture.  The type and structure of Heat pipe heat exchanger :according to the state of the hot and cold fluid flow, heat pipe heat exchanger can be divided into gas - gas, gas liquid,liquid - gas; from the structure  of the heat pipe heat exchanger , it can be divided into the overall style,  separated style ,circumqyrate style and combined style.

(A)  the heat pipe air preheater Applications: to absorb heat from flue gas, heating air for combustion to reduce fuel consumption and improve the combustion condition in order to achieve the purpose of energy conservation; can absorb heat from flue gas for heating gas in other media, such as coal gas.

Equipment advantages: * Because of a gas - gas heat exchanger, can be used on both sides of the fin-tube, heat transfer efficiency for 5-8 times comparing with the general air preheater; * Because the flue gas exchange heat ouside the tube,so it is conducive to clean ash; * Because each heat pipe is independent of the others,so it is convenience to strip, and allow the expansion of freedom; * After design,it can adjust wall temperature,dew point corrosion will be avoided. Structure: There are two common types of structures, namely: heat pipe-placed vertically, gas and the air flow reversed, see Figure 1; heat pipe-placed tilted, gas and the air flow reversed vertically from top to bottom.

(B) the heat pipe economizer   Applications: to absorb heat from flue gas for heating water, the heated water boiler can return to the boiler (as economizer), can also be used alone (as a water heater) to improve energy efficiency, energy saving achieved.
